We start teasing deals early on social media, then roll out a countdown landing page with a “Deal of the Day.” Each day builds hype → small discounts → bigger savings toward the weekend. 💡 Pro tip: Add an “email-only” deal the day before Black Friday — it boosts newsletter signups like crazy.

go full chaos mode 🤘😎 One week before Black Friday, I switch all banners on my network to “dark mode” designs — same colors (#336699 + #99CC33, thanks Xavier style 💚💙) — and run hour-limited offers. Also, if you run ads: 👉 Retarget everyone who visited in the last 30 days. 👉 Send them exclusive coupons. Oh, and add a “Stock is running low!” ticker. It’s fake urgency that actually works. 😅

Love it 😄 I’m thinking about doing a “Black Week Challenge” — each day has a mini-mission (share, comment, subscribe) with small prizes. Kind of like gamifying the campaign. It should drive more engagement and maybe go viral if I tie it to giveaways. 🏆

@Carl that’s actually brilliant 🔥 Gamification + social proof = unstoppable. Maybe add a “Leaderboard” on your site to show top participants. It makes people compete and share more. I’d also sync it with XavierMail’s campaign manager — automate follow-ups after each day’s task.

I’m going to test something different this year. 🧠 “Silent Sale.” No big banners. Just subtle price drops and an email saying “We adjusted prices for our loyal users.” No countdowns, no spam. Just value. Last year’s noise fatigue was real — maybe people will appreciate the calm. 😌

These are gold. Thanks everyone! 🪙 I’ll mix @Bylla’s urgency, @Amanda’s automation, and @Ryqn’s chill tone — maybe different segments of my audience get different styles. Marketing is basically psychology… with a deadline 😅

From the ads side, retargeting warm audiences from November is performing crazy good. 📈

I’m focusing on organic + high-intent searches this month: 🔍 “Best last-minute Christmas gifts 2025” 🔍 “Holiday deals under $50/$100” 🔍 “Fast shipping gifts EU/US” People who search these terms in December are ready to buy. Also testing: ⭐ Schema-rich product snippets ⭐ Holiday FAQ boxes ⭐ 12-day content drip (“Deal of the Day”) If you run a directory listing: Update your title + description for seasonal keywords — the uplift is real. 🎄✨

For our clients, I'm rolling out: 🎨 Holiday landing pages with soft seasonal tones (nothing too aggressive). 🛍 Countdown timers for weekend and mid-month deals. 📧 Email automation chains — 3-step workflow: 1. “Holiday Kickoff” 2. “Mid-Season Reminder” 3. “Last Call Before Shipping Deadline” Also: don't ignore mobile speed. Traffic spikes on weekends in December, and slow sites lose impulse shoppers instantly. 📱⚡ Let’s keep sharing results — December is where the real optimization happens! 🎅📈
